The Cincinnati Rollergirls are looking for a crew of hard-working, ambitious and creative college interns for our 2015 home season at the Cincinnati Gardens!

Internships are unpaid but college credit will be offered. Other benefits include:
• The opportunity to learn all about the inner workings of one of Cincinnati’s most respected amateur sports teams, the growing sport of roller derby and what it takes to promote and produce a successful home season

Internship start and end dates and hours per week are flexible. We’ll work with you to ensure that you receive the total number of hours you need for credit from your school. Availability on each of CRG’s home game dates (March 14, April 4, April 25, May 9 and May 30, plus a pre-season Family Day on March 8) is strongly preferred.

Video Production Intern
The Cincinnati Rollergirls are looking for a videographer for the 2015 home season (mid-January through May). The ideal candidate will be a college junior or senior majoring in film, video or multimedia. This intern will be responsible for:
• Producing one promotional video for the 2015 CRG season (approximately 30 seconds – 1 minute)
• Producing about five short promotional videos (approximately 30 seconds – 1 minute) to promote each of five 2015 home games
• Producing highlight reels within 24 hours after each home game (approximately 1-2 minutes)
• Shooting footage of the team at public appearances (parades, community events, etc.)
• Assisting with capturing content for CRG Instagram, Facebook and other social media
• Completing other video duties as needed
Requirements: Must have own video camera and editing software and reliable transportation.

Marketing & PR Intern
The Cincinnati Rollergirls are looking for a marketing/PR intern for the 2015 home season (mid-January through May). The ideal candidate will be a college junior or senior majoring in marketing, communications, public relations or related field. This intern will be responsible for:
• Assisting with CRG street team duties (distributing posters and flyers to targeted areas around Greater Cincinnati)
• Attending public appearances when possible with team to assist with promotional duties and capture photos and video for social media
• Helping to monitor and manage CRG brand on social media and capture/gather content for social media posts as instructed by PR Director
• Performing other duties as needed as instructed by PR Director
Requirements: Must have valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and a smartphone.

Game Day Production Intern
The Cincinnati Rollergirls are looking for a game day production intern for the 2015 home season (mid-January through May). The ideal candidate will be a college junior or senior majoring in sports marketing or related field. This intern will be responsible for:
• Helping with game day preparations, setup and cleanup as instructed by Production Director (track laying, locker room preparation, etc.)
• Assisting the visiting team liaison to ensure the visiting team knows where to go, when to be there, and anything they may need throughout the day.
• Assisting with hospitality as needed
