Not all heroes wear capes — some wear skates. Don't miss the Cincinnati Rollergirls’ second home game of the season, Superhero Night, at our new home, Schmidt Memorial Fieldhouse at Xavier University! This event is a triple-header featuring CRG and the Cincinnati Junior Rollergirls. One ticket gets you into one, two or all three games. You don't have to stay all night - feel free to arrive and leave when you wish.

This super-sized night of roller derby includes:

• Costumed superheroes
• Superhero-themed giveaways at the door (while supplies last)
• A superhero costume contest at halftime of the Cincinnati
Rollergirls game (approximately 6:30 p.m.). One adult winner and one child winner will receive vouchers for an upcoming CRG game, and all children who enter will receive a small prize.
• A face painter and a superhero selfie station with props. Tag your photos with #CRGSuperheroNight for a chance to have your photos shared on CRG's Instagram, Facebook and/or Twitter!
• Intermission entertainment from Dance Flash Fusion after the end of the CRG game
• Beer from Urban Artifact and food from the Hungry Bros. food truck

Cincinnati's roller derby teams — the Cincinnati Rollergirls, the Cincinnati Junior Rollergirls and The Cincinnati Battering Rams — are taking over The Skatin' Place (3211 Lina Place, Cincinnati, OH 45239) on Wednesday, March 29! Meet and skate with your favorite skaters and enter to win tickets and merchandise. No gear is required.

Admission:

- $6 for evening skate (5:30-9 p.m.) - includes skate rental if needed (jam skates extra)
- $7 for adult skate (9:30 p.m.-12:30 a.m.) plus $3 skate rental (jam skates extra)

The Cincinnati Rollergirls will end their 2016 home season in a big way with the 5th Annual Crosstown Knockdown vs. the Black-n-Bluegrass Rollergirls PLUS a special Harry Potter-themed game immediately following!

Your favorite Cincinnati Rollergirls and Cincinnati Battering Rams will be sorted onto Team Gryffindor or Team Slytherin in this magical matchup, and fans will also have a chance to play along. We're choosing a few lucky fans to cast spells on the game and change the course of the action!

Plus, the first 300 kids in the door get a magical gift. Choose wisely! And come dressed as your favorite Harry Potter character for our costume contest during halftime of the second game. One adult winner and one child winner, judged by audience applause, will receive prizes awarded by a representative of CRG’s Department of Magical Games and Sports, including gift cards from Joseph-Beth Booksellers!

In their fourth double-header of the 2016 season at the Cincinnati Gardens, the Cincinnati Rollergirls will take on the North Star Roller Girls (Minneapolis, MN) and pay tribute to members of the U.S. Armed Forces in celebration of Armed Forces Day.

The double-header will also feature:
