Recruiting Officials & Volunteers
Are you interested in being involved with the Cincinnati Rollergirls, but not in taking the big hits? Have you wanted to be in the middle of the action on CRG game nights? You can be a part of the team that makes our games run smoothly! We’re currently looking for volunteers to help during games and scrimmages as referees, non-skating officials (NSOs), and track setup.
There will be an orientation meeting for new volunteers on Sunday, January 15 at 2:30 PM. The meeting will be held at the Cincinnati Gardens, please contact us for details or RSVP through our Facebook event.
Meet Hot Slice
Donna Hollingsworth, better known as Hot Slice, is fairly new to roller derby. However, she’s no roller skating rookie. Slice (as her teammates call her) started skating about 20 years ago and found roller derby after a friend called her saying, “You need to check out this roller derby, because if you go, you’re going to want to do it.”
